"The Nate Berkus" show aired for the first time today. I've been a long-time Nate fan. His show is on at 2pm here in San Diego, right while I'm in the middle of the work day, and I forgot to set the DVR to check it out, but I did catch him doing a promo spot on the Today show earlier this morning.
Nate has a little something up his sleeve called the Instant Design Studio that caught my attention. He showcased a couple with a boring living room who sent him images which he plugged into his program and he was instantly able to show the exact space / dimension of the room and do a re-design. Unfortunately it doesn't look like the Instant Design Studio is easily accessible through his site, but I'll be keeping my eye out for a public version. I love the way you'd really be able to visualize the room before making the physical changes ... kind of like plugging in a few new hairstyle options on your real face before getting a chop!
