Even though parts of the country are covered in heavy snowdrifts, and it was just a cool 50 degrees here in usually 60 degree + San Diego yesterday morning, groundhog Punxsutawney Phil saw no shadow when he emerged to make his 125th annual weather forecast in Pennsylvania. So, does this mean warmer weather is just six weeks away? I’m ready to start shopping some of these flowery spring looks now to prepare!
This blouse is coming soon from a new “limited” line from Boden. I love the soft silky fabric and pastel hues – it looks like a pretty bouquet of petals.
Love the flowery spring looks from Anthropoligie. The Flora Exemplar Cardigan is extra long and flowy. The aptly named Kaleidolight Cardigan still feels like spring, even awash in hues of blue. The Dancing Blooms Cardi is already hanging in my closet! The Blurred Petals Pullover looks like it could be a pretty wall painting - wearable art. The Eventide Eranthis Ring makes a subtle statement. Great combination of the bright pink and soft aqua against dark and grey on the Wispy Blooms Scarf.
J. crew announces spring in a sea of pretty greens and pops of coral. The Floral Creek Cardigan reminds me of broken sea glass. The Floral Tulle Mini is a sea of petals. The Pin-Slim Patent Belt is reminiscent of a colorful stem. The Silk Driving Scarf is a pretty medley of soft and bright spring hues.
Banana Republic does spring florals in softer muted tones - Silk Belted Water Color Blouse, Mayerhs Floral Bloom Thong, for when it gets a bit warmer out, and Floral Tie-Neck Shell for a warm spring day.
